Making Paper

This student from the West Marin Elementary School was making paper from olive tree bark. The vat also contains bird seed that will be in the handmade paper. Other students were preparing to make handmade paper feathers. They will also be making nests created during Jane Ingram Allen’s 3-week residency in Pt. Reyes. The project “For the Birds” is sponsored by Gallery Route One, Pt. Reyes Station, CA.
