Jeroen, thank you. The cooking was done at one end of a converted trolly that is driven around to different locations. I was photographing into the cooking area from a low angle. It was smokey inside and the cook kept moving his hands and spatulas. It was a challenge I enjoy. This time it worked well. Other times, you may not see those. Thanks again, for your comment.
