The Uptown Theatre opened on August 13, 1937.

Victor, thank you. I did this one using HDR. A bit different but some what fun. I’ve decided to add more historical information. Cantinas papers are stored a Berkeley. I may try to visit the archive. It may have some of his thought processes in designing the theaters.
