Ahhh beautiful!! I love how you framed this.
Laura thank you. I took a number of HDRs from this location. When you get up to this area youll have to visit this vineyard. Their sparkling wines are on the same level as the views.
I love sparkling wine! My hubby collects wine and we just sold a house near there in fact. It closes tomorrow.
You obviously know the area. That is great. It must be tough to leave it behind.
Yeah but we just didn’t use it that much and I couldn’t make the drive on my own. It was a beautiful house and area.
Yes to the beautiful area. I hope you’ve come back and visit.
Thank you so much.
What was the temperature on this day? Knowing this will help me to completely feel this beautiful picture!
Edwin, it was around 20c or 70 degrees f. It was a lovely day but I do wish it had been sunnier. Thanks for asking. I hope that you one day will have an opportunity to experience the winery.
There was something about your picture that engaged my other senses—I found myself imagining scents, sounds and weather. Your picture also reminded me of moments I have had looking at a spectacular view that I chose not to photograph because I wanted to keep it to myself. Does that make sense?
Yes, your statement does make sense. I would guess we all have memories that are imprinted that would be difficult to describe even with a picture. For me some of those images return when simulated by smells.
I’m honored that the picture I took had such a positive effect on you. Thank you.
Thank YOU for sharing!
