Excellent photo, Tim. I like the composition and the POV. The strong red is the base for me; the ‘textured’ hands are quite expressive and balanced by the blue, and together with the green lemons they are the subject of the shot. Very well captured ‘simple’ moment.

Lots of color, why were limes being squeezed?

They are actually lemons. This is the color you find them in Taiwan. To answer your question – lemonade.
