That is amazing.
It was. I spent some time on the ridge photographing this, mostly in HDR.
It was spectacular. It is not often California gets this type of event.
I can see that…I don’t remember there being too many clouds the few times I have visited. 🙂
It was unusual enough to stay and watch the light change.

Thank you. It was quite a special end of the day. It seems as if our consistently good weather here in the San Francisco Bay Area produces cloudless days or ones with clouds that are flat. Not so on Saturday, February 28.
