Although this image is from Vietnam I watched a crew install a phone line in Phnom Penh. They pulled a single line and hung it to each pole. This is one of the reasons that cell phones have dominated developing countries.
Yes, I would agree. Landlines in these countries are expensive. It’s also a good example of how technology advances and leaps over old ones. Thanks for you comment.
