Ok…this is just too cool! The tones are what get me.
The C-5 Galaxy is a huge aircraft. There were so many different angle to get interesting graphic shots. I’m down taking photos of parts of aircraft while most everyone else has their eyes up watching them fly.
That would be me too! Although I would look up for a bit.
I spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy attached to a F4 squadron on board carriers. My last duty was as a flight deck trouble shooter. Fascinating and a touch dangerous.
Cool! I was on an aircraft carrier once on a tour with a relative in San Diego…that was scary and amazing!
Good, it gives you an idea of life aboard a large ship.
wonderful b&w, amazing glow…
Vincent, thank you. The original, after some work in LR CC was then edited in NIK using a soloricing filter found in Silver Efex Pro. NIK is a great filtering software.
NIK works fine for me too, however I think at the end of the day each and everyone gets used to a certain workflow.
I agree. Beautiful tones.
Thank you, Rawls.
Very cool shot!
