Looks like much fun. Great capture.
Karin, they had so much fun at the party. There were blow up slides and things they could jump on. 15 wild kids who probably had no problems going to sleep that night.
Oh, it sounds like a blast and probably equally to watch!
It was but I’d for gotten my ear plugs and had to escape periodically.
Thank you. These were a challenge. I was shooting with a flash mounted to the camera. I didn’t like the effect and tried to keep its power low. I’ve got to learn more about taking photos with a flash.
I do too. But i would frame that one and put it on the wall.
Thanks, I just did some testing with Costco’s Photo Center and found that their print quality is very good and for a low price. If one is near you, check it out.
Fantastic shot!!! I feel the wind!
Cate, thank you so much. Fun and challenging place to shoot. Fast moving kids and low light.
Looks like a great place to have a birthday party. Is there an age limit? I want to go!
I’m not aware of any age limits. Might be a weight limit? I’d been told that 5 minutes would be set aside for adults to try but then I might have been out of the building trying to recover my hearing when that took place.
Happy Birthday Sarah!!!
Cate, I’ll pass the word, thanks for your best wishes.
Now that is a bunch of happy campers 🙂
That they were. I wasn’t sure who was more tired – the photographer or the kids – by the end of the party. On second thought it WAS me.
Of course it’s always us! Not sure what they run on but if we could bottle it 😉
I think we still have it. It’s just the tank is smaller.
I know from own experience that granddad is having at least as much fun as grandchild. Quite an achievement by the way to avoid movement is such a wind.
Jim thank you. I had the camera set on manual with ISO at 1600, 1/200 sec, f7.1. I could have had the camera set with a narrower depth of field but I wanted to get the most in focus.
It was fun.
Really good, Tim. Bravo!
Thank you. Are you back in town?
Grandchildren or no. You’ve made a wonderful photograph.
Thank you. I’ve been looking at it more closely and it needs some more post-production work. Too many bright spots.
This is a wonderful shot. You’ve really captured this moment of fun! I like the bit of reflection. It helps tell the story showing the context of glass.
Thank you. I must say it was a surprise how well it turned out.
Yes, why not, thanks.
Thank you. It was quite a noisy place.
