Rawls, thanks. I was out shooting a lot of landscape this weekend. Family in town and it was a reason to get out.
All that is missing is a loaf of bread and a jug of wine 🙂 Lovely.
Very true. Just to the left of the image there were two Adirondack outdoor chair that overlooks the same view in this image. They probably brought up bread and wine to accompany the view.
Wonderful photo! I like the layered composition and the colours, the sky is nice too! I am not sure about the branches in the too corner. I always wonder, should I include them, exclude them, or take a few steps back and include the whole tree. It’s a difficult one!
Tieme, thank you for you complements and comments. Yes, how much do you include in the foreground? Difficult to decide.
It can be tricky indeed 🙂
Low winter sun catching the mountains and with the branches giving a sense of the depth and space….nicely judged Tim.
Thanks, the light was changing quickly. Fortunately there was a place to pull off of the narrow road. I did have to decide where to stand for the tree. By the way the photo is two photos that are merged into a pano and then heavily cropped.
