That is the food for his pond that he threw out from the cup he has in his hand. He was traveling from one end of his pond to the other slinging out the food. I’ve seen dried pellets and some wet foods. It depends on what is being grown in the pond. There is a symbiotic relationship between the fish, clams and shrimp.
