  1. My title would be ‘exhausted’. The twisted foot to match the head angle plus the arm… makes me tired just looking.


    • He definitely looked that way. Lancaster had a large number of homeless because the City of Los Angeles would put their homeless on the train and the last stop was Lancaster. The library that was across from where we were working had lots of homeless out in front. This one person struck me as interesting enough to photograph.


    • Yes, thank you. It’s unfortunate that we are seeing such a growth in homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The cost of living is too high.


  2. A striking image. Very sad to see people in this awful position . This is where photography can bring the desperation some poor people suffer to the wider public who might be moved to help people get back on their feet. So much poverty and sadness in the world….


    • Thank you for your comment. Yes, photography should be used to vocalized issues and problems that exist. His individual also had emotional problems. That is just one more issue that needs to addressed.


  3. A great shot, some people just seem like they have the most incredible stories to tell. You’ve really captured that.
