Curt, this was taken from the model of the Golden Gate Bridge that is a pedestrian bridge. The bridge being photographed I think is the Howe St bridge. I hope that helps.

Probably the Guy West Bridge that connects CSUS with the other side of the river, Tim. If so, the bridge you could see from there would be on Fair Oaks Blvd. –Curt
