Actually, chicken feet and heads are quite commonly prepared in Africa as well. We jokingly refer to it as “walky-talkies”…

I tried chicken feet in an Asian restaurant this year in Charlotte, NC, Tim. Curious, of course. It’s not a meal that I will repeat any time soon. 🙂 –Curt
