    • Curt, thank you. This building is 22 stories high. I was pleased that I got such a good shot from a 18-200mm Sigma lens. The late afternoon intense light helped.

    • Sorry Curt I was thinking of the Flatiron building.
The Marin Civic Center is almost like walking inside a hollowed out elongated multilayer cake. It is a great place to visit.

      • I’ve driven by it many times, Tim, but never stopped. I knew it had the reputation of being an architectural marvel. Now I’ve seen this photo, maybe next time…

      • I’d encourage you to stop in. Since it is open the public you have access to almost all of the building – interior and exterior. Early morning or late in the afternoon is best to catch the slanted light.
