  It does have that appearance but it is by Jeanne Gang. I suspect that she did study under Gehry.

  Thank you Jane. It is a fascinating. It reminded me of the Gehry New York. It’s not a Gehry designed building but I suspect the architect Jeanne Gang was influenced by Gehry or even studied under him.
