It is a dangerous sport. I watch these guy get up from being thrown and the limp out of the arena. Fortunately, this cowboy was okay. He rolled out quickly. Using a telephoto lens also makes object look closer than they are. It was not as close as it looked. In this case the lens made the event more dramatic.

It is a rough sport. It’s hard to believe that some people want to do this. From a viewer’s stand point I’m glad they do. Stay safe.
