This is a very beautiful view, Tim! The Statue of Liberty looks mighty small on that island in the distance.

Thank you. It does look small. That photo was shot at 32mm on my Tamron 16-300mm lens.

Oooohh I would love to have a 300mm lens! Too costly for me.

This lens has now been discontinued but there are ones for sale on sites that specialize in used cameras and lenses. Adorama has one in Good condition for $149. Here is the link. https://www.adorama.com/us1602433.html I’ve never purchased one from this company but I’ve purchased refurbished cameras from Canon. I suspect that Nikon and other lens makers have sites. Best in finding the lens you’re looking for.

My sister gave me a gift card for Adorama, and I picked up a dash camera for my truck, this one is from Garmin and it actually works and is easy to use. The last one I tried was a pain to use. I saw that they do have some nice lens selections too.

Angeline, thank you. It turned out to be a splendid day to photograph from on HIGH.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
