A pilots dream! Just yesterday I reactivated my flight simulator after upgrading to Prepar3D V4. Flew a Cessna 172 (that’s the plane I learned flying on more than 20 years ago) from Portland along to Clolumbia River to Astoria. It’s amazing how realistic this things are, if you have the right add-ons. Have a splendid weekend, Tim! Marcus

I had to look up Prepar3D V4. It looks extensive. For me it is limited to Windows and I have Macs. Oh well.
I hope your weekend is good and relaxing. Mine will be spent on Saturday at a massive car show and car cruise. Sunday starts early with a dawn launch of hot air balloons. Little sleep but lots of fun. Pictures should be forthcoming.

If you are on a Mac and want to sim you need to look at x-plane 😉

Rawls, thank you. This was a HDR. I’m pleased to have had cloud cover. It helped create a stark contrast.

We have a small aircraft museum near here and I have tried interior shots like this but the lighting is always difficult.

It is difficult. Fortunately these were taken in the open with lots of light.
