Thank you, Rawls
A truly beautiful path, Tim!
Marcus it is. The Grove of Trees is a protected area of redwoods. It is not well know and has few visitor. It’s a quiet enjoyable place to visit and photograph.
Is this the one behind Mount Tamalpais on the Northern Bay?
It’s not there. Here is a link to the site. http://landpaths.org/propertyexplorer/grove-of-old-trees.aspx
Thanks for pointing this out! A place to visit next time I’m in the area! Marcus
It’s a great place and well worth the visit. It is off the beaten patch and not marked until you get there. If you come this way, please let me know and I’ll be pleased to show you around.
I would love to take you up on this, Tim! Thanks for the offer 🙂 !!
Looks like a nice quiet path to stroll along. Where is this, Tim?
It is. Here is the link to this location. http://landpaths.org/propertyexplorer/grove-of-old-trees.aspx
Darn. We won’t be anywhere near here in September when we’re in California. We’ll be southeast of San Francisco. I’m hoping to get into the city at least one day.
That’s a shame. It is a beautiful place. Making a trip up to Sonoma County with all the vineyards and wineries is worth it. Please let me know if you do plan on coming up this far north.
I will. Thanks, Tim!
